The Canoe King of Ely Interview and Screening
Join Reel Nomad in two upcoming "The Canoe King of Ely" events!
"The Canoe King of Ely" is director Aleshia Mueller's latest documentary short. It is about Bill Rom, whose passion for the woods and lakes of Minnesota’s canoe country led him to transform the middle-class of America after WWII by making it fun and affordable to have natural recreational experiences.

Where: 90.7FM Grand Marais and 91.7 FM Upper Gunflint Trail
What: Premiere Screening as part of the Minnesota Historical Society's Minnesota's Greatest Generation Moving Pictures Film Festival

Where: the Riverview Theater
Cost: The screenings are free and open to the public.
